Students in good academic standing are eligible. <\/b><span style=\"color: #993300\"><b>If a student is placed on academic probation by their resource teacher, they cannot attend vendor services until the probation is lifted.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><b>SIGN UPS:\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><b>In-person:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Beginning at our Back-to-School Event, students can sign up for approved vendor services. Starting <\/b><span style=\"color: #993300\"><b>Tuesday, August 12<\/b><\/span><b>, sign-up forms will be available only in the VOCS Front Office. Parents\/guardians must:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Complete and sign the form.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Have the vendor sign page 3 after confirming the schedule and fit.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Return the form to the Front Office to receive approval and a start date.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000\"><b>Subscription boxes:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Parents\/guardians will complete the form and select a subscription box from the approved vendor list.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>September boxes will be delayed due to shipping.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>The final subscription box will be in April and will arrive in May.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><\/b><br \/>\n<b>Parent\/vendor agreement forms must be submitted to the Front Office by <\/b><b><span style=\"color: #993300\">December 19th, 2025.
